Hello! We’re Caroline and Temmeque, the co-founders of Apex Homes. Between us, we have supported over 50 clients in optimising their properties, creating bespoke homes, tailored to their unique lifestyles.
After renovating our own homes, we know how challenging, stressful and frustrating this process can be—and that’s what fuels us and our work:
With our combined engineering and design experience, we formed Apex Homes to provide fully supported renovation services. We prioritise planning and quality, with transparent well-communicated processes, high-quality materials and attention to detail to take the stress out of building your dream home.
Who we are
Caroline Wise
Partner and designer
Born and raised in London, Caroline moved to Dubai in 2012. Having felt a passion for home design for years, she took upon herself the challenge of transforming a dated 1950s property into a modern family home in London in 2015. The success of this project combined with property opportunities in Dubai, led her to start a career in design and home renovation.
Over the years, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the property renovation market in Dubai, helping dozens of clients create their dream homes.
Temmeque Reynolds
Partner and engineer
Originally from Cape Town, Temmeque is the geeky one of the team – holding two engineering degrees from South Africa and the UK. Since 2009, her expat engineering life has taken her from South Africa to Switzerland, the UK, Denmark and finally to Dubai in 2017. During these travels, she developed a love for the differences in culture, design and feel of homes.
Apex Homes is the embodiment of Temmeque’s passion; combining her love of homes and design with her old and trusted love of engineering.
